Delicious malt and whiskey aromas work in harmony with the yeast esters, an initial sweetness on the palate gives way to a balanced dryness. This is a beer that is delicious to drink now, but will continue to evolve over the next five years if carefully stored. Aged in Starward barrels for 12 months.
