Boelens Xpère

Little hazy deep orange to amber beer, big irregular off-white head, little stable, non adhesive, quite some chunks floating around in the bottle. Aroma: very floral, Turkish delight (that’s rose petals, right?), sweet, fruity, some citrus. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: hoppy start, some caramel, malty, little floral, honey, fruity touch. Aftertaste: very malty, nice bitterness, caramel, some citrus, little sugary. Very nice Belgian style ale, love it!
