Bog Iron Fancy French Name

Fancy French Name starts out as a fairly basic Saison with all the fruity and spicy yeast character that goes with it… but right after fermentation is complete, they drop it into French oak chardonnay barrels and let the beer become intimately familiar with the wood. What emerges is a beer with distinct white wine flavors, a bit of a musty funkiness, and, of course, a lot of Saison.
