Beer description

This one is pretty straight forward coffee stout. They start with a bold, rich, and roasty stout and kick it up by aging it on light roast Ethiopian Hambela Gugi coffee. What they were going for here was a stout with coffee and not a coffee with stout, so the coffee flavors and aromas are not overbearing and complement the beer rather than overwhelming it.
