Bold Bellini Brut IPA

Bellini Brut IPA is a beer that is inspired by the classic Bellini drink sparkling wine with peach juice. Instead of the sparkling wine, use a Brut IPA, a very dry IPA with little bitterness. Peaches added during fermentation and a dry hop from Citra and Mosaic rounded off the beer and gave a very fruity result that was easy to drink and looked attractive. Fermented with the yeast Saccharomycs Bruxellensis Trois for a tropical fruit profile and a high steaming of the beer.
