Bold Brewing Northern Lights

Northern lights, the northern lights. This IPA was fermented with kveik, a word that means yeast. Kveiks have been used for several generations to ferment beers on farms in Norway. Each farm used its own kveik. In this beer we use a Kveik that creates citrus and orange peel aromas and complements the fruity profile of hops made from mosaic, citra and galaxy.
