Bold Brewing Slush

Slush is sour with lactose and fruits. In this version we combine the red fruits: blackberry, strawberry, raspberry and blueberry. The combination of these fruits, combined with a balanced acidity and the residual body provided by lactose, creates a feeling that resembles the favorite yogurt of childhood.
