Beer description
Shine is an India Pale Ale made with the aim of giving a specific hop variety the opportunity to shine and show its full potential. In this version brewery uses Cashmere, a hop that has been widely used by some iconic breweries at NEIPAs in the US. It features citrus notes, sweet lemon, candied fruit, melon and a subtle strawberry. The base is a clear, cloudy NEIPA with a silky body and short bitterness.
