Dairy Delight is a Milkshake IPA. An India Pale Ale with lactose to give creaminess and body. In this version brewery uses strawberry pulp and Ugandan vanilla beans for maturation. The result is a beer that has an aroma and flavor reminiscent of a strawberry vanilla milkshake.
