Beer description
Sour with primary fermentation of a blend of Brazilian Brettanomyces. Finished with dry hopping of Citra and Galaxy. It has a slightly funky brett character and a profusion of tropical fruit aromas from both Brett's primary fermentation and hops. Balanced acidity, light bitterness and a lot of refreshment!
