Clock Fenetra - Bon Repos Plum

Beer inspired by traditional Berliner Weisse, macerated with plums from the Žufánek Distillery. This beer was mashed using a traditional historical process and was not brewed as tradition demands, fermented with a live mixed culture. As a result, the beer retains a fuller character and ages nicely in the bottle. The flavour is clearly dominated by plums and the character of the wooden barrel in which the beer was aged for 12 long months. Medium-bodied and with a sharper acidity. Pleasant wildness in the finish.
