Beer description
Bonavena's tip of the iceberg when it comes to hopping techniques. The know-how acquired over the last few years on dip-hopping, dry-hopping and yeast-hop compounds interaction has been fully transferred into this product, an Ipa developed with different techniques (dip-hopping, double dry hopping) and different hop formats (Spectrum, Cryo), on a base of only English malts and water heavily fortified with salts. A straightforward, complex, smooth Ipa without hop astringency, easy to drink and with a good balance between the citrus and tropical component.
