Beer description
After a generally arduous and windy journey through the 'hell of the north', the skaters arrive in Dokkum, the final checkpoint before the finish in Leeuwarden. The turning point in Dokkum remains one of the most striking landmarks of the Elfstedentocht. The benches on the banks of the Klein Diep symbolize the turn skaters must make here.
