A strong German bock beer, traditionally brewed for the beginning of spring. Brewed with a blend of German malts and hopped with German Hersbrucker. Naturally carbonated and effervescent, with a roasted, bready malt flavor and a hint of spices.
The nose & taste are a smooth, mild caramel malt with peppery hints at the end of the taste & a mild malt finish. It's a very smooth & easy brew to drink. Very nice.
