Beer description
This absolute unit of a barley wine can do some serious heavy lifting. Brewed with a simple but huge malt bill of two-row pale malt, cara-pils, crystal malt, and rye malt, this beer possesses the characteristic raisin & fig flavors so well known to the barley wine style. The truly unique character of this ale comes from resting it on Amburana wood spirals. This Brazilian wood imparts a distinct aroma of baking spices and gingerbread. This beefcake of an ale isn’t just nice to look at, it smells good too.
