Beer description

Brewed using 2 row and caramel malts, we hopped this beer numerous times during the boil, whirlpool and in the conditioning process to get layers of hop flavors in this red ale. Named after the trusty wooden-handle knife always kept at hand on every commercial fishing vessel.
