Bors Seven Sins - Greed

The fourth beer in our 7-member series is Greed. Our hop camp represents a truly unusual trend. Three American hops were used for five times the hop, of which three servings were added by cold hop. Our brewery switched to top fermentation after brewing 15 years of lager beer. There was a 10-year era when lager beer was missing from our repertoire .... this is made up for by our slightly extra Greed beer. Thanks to the lower fermentation with IPA marks, our well-drinkable, loose-brewed beer is sure to take you off your feet. Worth comparing to top fermentation ... the difference is interesting ...
