5.6% European IPA made with 3 species of hops produced exclusively in Europe. (NAHIPA = No American Hop IPA) Our 7-member series is based on hop variations. We wanted to make a beer that, unlike our usual strong full-bodied beers, could be sipped from a liter mug. His restrained power does not go to the detriment of the body, but at the same time we wanted to show the art of hops to a beer-loving audience. What Pride has to say is the fact that IPA beers, which are so highly valued today, in the 18th century, when they were invented, could never have tasted as good as they do now. The popular American and other bred hops today did not yet exist, so British chefs used Western European hops only for cooking.
