Sour cherries ALE made with bed technology In favor of customer pressure, we wanted to make a seasonal sour cherry, which went so well that it is no longer just seasonally available. The taste of the beer is radically different from the ones on the market, it is not sweet, but rather it gives back the original taste of the cherries ... that is, it is sour, cherry compote juice-like. Our ALE is made with embedding, meaning the beer matures with the cherries in a tank, we did this because we don’t want to line up in the “paddlers” line. We believe that our consumers value this creed more.
