This Bosco reveals a dark amber colour and a sparse but persistent off-white foam. The nose is rather malty. There are slight hints of toast, coffee and caramel. The malty side clearly dominates as the beer warms and airs. On the palate, we discover a rather bitter beer with notes of coffee, toast and bread crust. The bitterness lingers well on the palate in the aftertaste, with a very pleasant dense texture.
