Beer description
It offers a beautiful white foam, very abundant and persistent (so be careful with the choice of glass). On the nose, this Bosco is already well hopped, with notes of red fruits and orange peel, mixed with some malty notes (caramel). Ethereal notes also hint at a beer with character.
On the palate, there is a good malty base that brings texture and roundness. The bitterness of the hops is counterbalanced by the strength of the alcohol, which gives structure to the whole. The finish is relatively complex and lasts a long time on the palate, blending sweet and resinous notes that soften the bitterness without hiding it.
