Bosse Blackberry Foeder Aged Sour is fermented with our house ale yeast and Brettanomyces and aged for 8 months in our oak foeders. Ultraviolet in colour, Bosse is jammy and full, bursting with tart berries and sour lemon peel, it has a dry floral finish with balanced acidity.
