We brewed this inky beast with ube and maple syrup, taking it up to a massive 38º plato starting gravity. After fourteen months in bourbon barrels, we finished this alluring liquid on house-roasted pecans and cinnamon sticks for a festive finale to our Tropical Tidings season!
