12º Czech Style Lager - 5.5% ABV - You had the honor of brewing this beer in a small batch to showcase the Pilsner malt from @malteuropmaltingco at CBC 2024. ...almost as honored as Jon "Dutch" Vander, who led his squadron of Y-Wing pilots in the Battle of Yavin into the trenches of the Death Star. Like Dutch, this beer is also smooth, blonde, and probably would have destroyed the Death Star straight away if Luke had just done his job and provided cover for the bombers instead of being a whiny, glory-seeking sister kisser. But hey, Dutch isn't bitter, and neither is this Pilsner! With 20 IBU and 5.5% ABV, you can shoot down as many of those bad guys as Luke let Vader shoot down Y-Wings in the trench run!
