Brasserie Bouquine - Back In Black

Back in Black is the Porter-style artisanal black beer from the microbrewery La Bouquine whose name is inspired by the mythical song of the hard rock band ACDC. This Porter beer has an impenetrable black colour with a fiery effervescence topped with a creamy and generous ivory foam. Its nose is rich and greedy with aromas of roasted beans with hints of coffee and chocolate frappé. Inspired by the English Porters, in the mouth this dark beer is greedy, round and long, and remains light and thirst-quenching with lots of aromas. The brewer recommends this Back In Black beer in association with beer and cheese with hard cheeses and in association with beer and chocolate.
