Brasserie Bouquine - Sun Is Shining

Nose: Resinous hops, aromatic and fruity, with hints of mango and grapefruit. The malt asserts itself in a second time and erases a little the aromatic character. Taste : Medium round attack where we find the nose : aromatic hops and floral notes on a small malty background. Grapefruit asserts itself in an aromatic aftertaste, and the light malt takes on bread flavours. The bitterness appears and quickly becomes quite noticeable. It lingers and even becomes quite pronounced in a discreet finish that leaves a hint of grapefruit in the long run.
