Sawdust City Brewing Co. - Bourbon Barrel-Aged Lone Wine

Our Lone Wine American Style Barley Wine aged in Persephone Bourbon Barrels for 6 months. Aromas of oak, charred wood and bourbon are very pronounced on the nose. It pours a slightly hazy dark, amber honey. The mouthfeel is rich and slightly viscous, almost honey like. The alcohol is most certainly present, but it enhances the heft to the beer making it a slow sipping favourite.
