#7 of 8 in our Bourbon Trail 2022 Series. Imperial Stout aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels for nearly a year and then racked into a 2nd set of fresh Buffalo Trace barrels for another 5 months. The double barrel process imparts big bourbon flavors of brown sugar, vanilla, dark chocolate, sweet tobacco, and hints of cherry and raisin.
