Beer description
Clear, deep ruby with a medium large, frothy, stable, beige head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, gently fruity and a bit vinous taste of caramel, cherry, brown sugar, some balsamic vinegar and a touch of red wine. Quite sweet, moderately sour, gently fruity taste of caramel, brown sugar, cherry, artificial sweetener, some balsamic vinegar and a touch of wood, followed by a short, moderately tart, sugary and a little vinous finish. Medium body, a little astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Too sweet, a little artificial as well, still pleasant enoug
