Beer description
I Draught /I Small, just off-white head over pale metallic copper beer. Brettanomyces, wet cloth, wood, oakleaves, horseblanket. Nutty, walnut(peel), Brett, oakgalls. Fruity esters building the finish. Light body, low carbonation, bit sticky MF. Doesn't seem as high as 6.2% Lighter coloured than the wild version of the Bourgogne des Flandres.
