Beer description
A traditional Scotch Ale that has undergone a long boil in the kettle for caramelization of the wort. This produces a deep copper to brown colored brew. A full bodied beer with a touch of sweetness in the finish and some pronounced malty caramel and roasted malt flavors. A low tea-like bitterness from the use of UK hops to offset some of the malt backbone.
