Beer description
Yellow beer, intense, but slightly cloudy, with good foam formation and low retention. Citrus aroma, hops and passion fruit very present, followed by a mild spice of vanilla and with a very smooth malt in the background. On the palate, the passion fruit acidity is balanced by the presence of Madagascar vanilla, as well as in the aroma, while the malt sweetness appears in the sequence and persists, with no perception of bitterness in general. Medium carbonation and medium high body due to the addition of lactose, as the style calls for.
