Beer description
Malty, Earthy, red wine, wood and funky nose. Big malt flavor, dark fruit, rustic bread, earthy funk flavor. Medium boided with a tannic minerally finish. Aged for 11 months in puncheons (large barrels, 550L in this case) formerly used for Sangiovese wine with Brettanomyces Clausennii.
