Beer description
We started with our sour red base, DeRode Duivels, and added 150lbs of sustainable Black Raspberry Puree in our blending tank. We allowed this to referment for two months in stainless to ferment away the fruit sugars.
The raspberries changed the color from a light shade of red to a deep dark purple with a pink head. Black raspberries are sweeter than red raspberries, so they add a jam-like quality and a subtle nutty flavor
