Brewed with locally grown barley and wheat. Fermented with a mixed culture and aged on 100g/l Scottish brambles from Blackety Farm, Leven. The beer was conditioned with foraged currant blossom in collaboration with Amy Rankine (Hipsters & Hobos) in addition to cacao and Madagascan vanilla beans
