Brasserie Caracole Abundant, firm foam, cream-coloured with tight bubbles and a high level of off-gas determine the visual appearance of this brown ale. On the nose, it develops a complex fruitiness with a certain sweetness, underlined by notes of mocha, liquorice and aniseed. Pungent, round and full-bodied on the palate, it has a well-balanced bitterness that lingers on the finish, with hints of mocha and liquorice.
