Beer description

Craig Allan is back with the latest incarnation of his India Project Ale, this time with Sorachi and Tomahawk hops. Even if the bottles look identical, each batch is different and can be identified by the code printed on the label. What makes this batch different from the others? This India Project Ale has the color of apricot jam with a thick, cream-colored head and breathes waves of citrus grapefruit, spices, herbs and hops, but without the orange marmalade character of the nugget hop version. The harmonious, aromatic palate is certainly bitter, but free from rough edges. The fruity, spicy herbal notes together form a smooth, refreshing and easy to drink ensemble thanks to a light, satin texture and a moderate carbonation.
