Brasserie du Bas-Canada - Réflexion

Réflexion is the continuation of our testing involving new yeasts and techniques. We used Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and Amarillo hops. Rather dry, slightly "green," but with a very creamy texture, Réflexion concentrates powerful aromas of white grapes, dried herbs, pineapple, and peaches.
