Brasserie du Grillen - Grape Ale Pinot Noir

Craft beer fermented with the indigenous yeasts of the Pinot Noir grape variety from the Alsace vineyards in the 2023 vintage. Bright fruity aromas on the nose, light acidity and a finish with a hint of bitterness reminiscent of Pinot Noir tannins.
