Beer description
Blonde beer with a rich, persistent head.
The combination of 4 malts and English and German hops gives it plenty of character. Its flavours are complex and balanced.
The attack on the palate offers a very marked malty flavour and a delicate bitterness.
Gasconha Blonde will mature and develop its flavours over time in good storage conditions.
It goes well with white meats, but also with cheeses, especially washed-rind cheeses.
