Beer description
Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels 12%
The Imperial Stout spent 16 weeks in bourbon barrels. Notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak wood are noticeable on the nose. On the palate, the bourbon lends a nice warmth, which complements the impressions of vanilla sugar, while the roasted malt gives the beer accents of coffee and cocoa. The finish is rounded and accompanied by subtle wood barrel notes.
