Brasserie Nauera - Écume

The nose is delicate with notes of pear and pineapple. Pale malts give a light mouth with a very fine bubble. Balanced, this beer is without bitterness with a delicately fruity finish. Composition: Blend of organic malts, Pilsner, Munich, and Cara. Refermentation in the bottle ensures long conservation and slow maturation of aromas.
