Brasserie Patoche - Nuit Boreale

Nuit Boréale – 7% ABV A dark, deep Baltic Porter... and very smooth! Brewed with our friends at the Patoche microbrewery (Paris 18th arrondissement), Nuit Boréale is a strong but smooth beer, perfect for long camping evenings. Dense body, silky texture, notes of cocoa, burnt caramel, black fruits, and toast. Round finish, without heaviness. Fermented at low temperature, with cold storage as it should be: no rush, just character. Malts: Maris Otter, Vienna, Caramel 250, Amber Caramel, Chocolate Hops: Nugget Yeast: Lallemand Diamond Lager
