Brasserie Sir John Brewing Co. - Deux Roux, Un Bicycle

For those who have never had the chance to visit Toltek (what are you waiting for?), you clearly don't know the surprise that awaits everyone when you see two identical red-haired twins who are often busy behind the bar! You'll never guess that, ironically, the twins have another brother, who is just as red-haired as they are and also works at the Toltek bar! It really makes you wonder what kind of genetic makeup this family has! So, when Fred, co-owner of Toltek (unless it was Sebastien who came, we're never really sure), came to visit us for a new collaboration, we couldn't help but make a corny pun à la Sir John because, to top it all off, our brewer is red-haired too! You'll recognize his unmistakable trusty cap on the label. So Deux Roux, un Bicycle is the result of yet another collaboration with this microbrewery we love. A beautiful, big, juicy hop bomb with Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra Dynaboost, Nectaron, and Motueka, it's fruity, a little sweet, a little bitter, and it literally drinks itself. We know, we know, we should have taken the joke further by making a redhead, but still, we have our limits. CHEERS! Long live redheads! Long live bicycles!
