Beer description

There are rare moments in life when the stars align. What started as a simple invitation to go see a show with the Boréale gang quickly snowballed. Initially, we had even invited our friend Guillaume from Ketch, but unfortunately he couldn't make it. His vacant spot was filled by the good vibes of the boys from Herman. It didn't take long for the guys from Messo to hear about this monster collaboration, and we invited them to brew at home before coming to the show with us... But whose show? Grimskunk, the famous legendary band with whom we've developed a great rapport by hanging out with the members here and there! When the band members found out we were brewing a beer before coming to see them, they jumped right into our collaboration craze like the fifth missing piece of this incredibly TASTY puzzle! In their honour, we even named the beer Fleurs d'Automne, a loose translation of the name of their very first demo! It's a truly beautiful double IPA à la Sir John, aromatic to perfection, bursting with Nelson Bliss, Nelson Cryo, Motueka, Motueka HopKief, Citra Dynaboost and Experimental Pink hops. It's hoppy, with a nice round mouthfeel that doesn't overpower the sharp bitterness. We raise our glasses to all those who have accompanied us in our madness. It just goes to show what a great community we have here in Quebec. See you in the pit!
