Brasserie Sir John Brewing Co. - Fresh Hop

And yes, we're back at that fantastic time of year. It's harvest time, and at Sir John's, that means the return of our Fresh Hop IPAs. This year we've embarked on a fantastic journey with not just an IPA, but also a Double IPA, and perhaps a few surprises up our sleeve... This IPA, brewed exclusively with hops from CWG Farm in Saint-Eugène, just 20 minutes from the brewery, is a beautiful blend of organic Cascade and organic Chinook. We went all out, using nearly 100 kg of fresh hops, which give the beer its superb color. Smooth, fresh, and incredibly aromatic, it bursts with flavors of fresh grapefruit and orange zest with a hint of marmalade.
