La nuit des crocos is a collab with Badlands. Seriously, we're crazy about their products, they're certainly among the most Juicy IPAs in Canada, if not even more so. But our triple IPA is not only a great triple IPA, it's also the beer with the highest hops ratio we've ever made EVER! It's amazing how good this beer is. It's perfectly balanced. It's not harsh enough to rip your face off. It's not sweet enough to give you type 2 diabetes. It's just superbly balanced, so that the residual sugar camouflages the bitterness while adding a nice roundness to the palate and bringing out all those aromas from the Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Riwaka and Nectaron. The blend of all these New Zealand hops is as fresh as the ‘Tropical Fruit’ section at Rachelle-Béry, with its scents of white grapes, limes, morning citrus and ripe pineapple. As we said, it's crazy! Also, a very big shout-out to German artist Thomas Heinz for the truly superb label!
