Brasserie Sir John Brewing Co. - Quadriporteur

Those who have never visited the Emporium Microbrewery don't know what a fun place it is, with a warm atmosphere that smells of pizza and happiness! Anyone who has had the chance to visit may also have noticed the large apartment complex that looks like a retirement home overlooking their car park! If not, we apologize, but the architect did a terrible job! For our part, Lachute is known by its residents for several funny stories. Did the theft of a quadricycle a few years ago inspire this fantastic collaboration, or is this just a long, unnecessary preamble? We'll never know. The fact remains that Quadriporteur is a flavour bomb! Hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra Incognito, Strata, Strata CGX, Strata Hyperboost & NZ Rakau, this quadruple IPA (and not quadruple Porter, unfortunately) is the result of our brewers' long labour. Brewed using a double mash to extract as much sugar as possible, you immediately sense the beautiful warmth of the alcohol, supplanted by the sweet fruity aromas of the hops, which bring bitterness and dank aromas reminiscent of orange marmalade, passion fruit and a presence reminiscent of cannabis and tobacco. Take it easy with this fantastic beer, or you might end up in a quadricycle! CHEERS
