Very bright, glowing straw yellow topped with a compact white foam head. Fresh fruity notes of citrus and orange to green apples. Strongly pronounced fresh sparkling acidity that harmonizes well with the fruity sweet components and the subtle body of the beer. In the finish, a clear taste of citrus fruits remains accompanied by a hint of hops.
