Brauerei Birtel - Hazy IPA

Due to high demand, our summer season is now original and available in the bottle all year round! Our New England IPA (NEIPA) is characterized by stronger fruity notes and subtle bitterness, and is sweet, full-bodied, and tropical-fruity. Award-winning! With our Hazy IPA, we won 4th place in the "Extra IPA" category at the Swiss Beer Awards. Of course, we're proud of that! Food pairing A Hazy IPA pairs great with salty foods. Especially fish and seafood are great partners, but also grilled chicken, ribs, or chops. Combined with salad, fries, rice, mango, pineapple, it's divine!!
